What We Collect

Only what you choose to share.

When you submit a form on this site, such as a tour request, we collect the contact details you provide (your name, email address, and phone number) and your child's date of birth.

That information is sent by email to our enrollment team. We do not ask for more than we need to help you.

Why We Collect It

Three reasons, and only three.

• Scheduling tours

  So we can find a time that works for your family and meet you at the right museum.

• Answering inquiries

  So we can respond to your questions with information that actually fits your child’s age and your timeline.

• Enrollment

  So we can guide your application through the admissions process.

What We Do Not Do

Some things are off the table.

Analytics

Counting visits, not visitors.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool, to understand which pages are useful. It sets no cookies and collects no personal identifiers. We can see that a page was visited, but not who visited it.

Retention and Contact

You stay in control.
